Our Introduction Agency is led by a geriatric nurse, turned carer, with 40 years of experience in care support, senior and management roles. We strive to deliver unparalleled care to the elderly and prioritize to the client’s physical, emotional and social needs, preserving their dignity and respect.
We understand that everyone has different preferences, which is why we offer flexible care options. From hourly care to live-in care. I employed Donai Gomes as aa live in carer from 18 August 2019 to 13 September 2019. During this time my wife was suffering from terminal brain cancer and had very limited mobility. From the first day she arrived Donai made herself welcome by engaging in a very friendly manner with both my wife and I. She was very quick to assess the situation and immediately started to organize efficient routines around getting my wife up in the morning and at lunchtime preparing her meals and setting her back in bed when she became tired. She would also spend some time talking to my wife when she was awake in bed.. Another major role that Donai played was in supporting me through this incredibly difficult time. She would stay on watch during the night so that I could get as much sleep as I could. She prompt me when my wife medication was due and she also prepared me meals to ensure that I am eating well. She helped my wife and I through the most difficult time in our lives and I have n hesitation in recommending her for any similar responsibility

Donai Caron Gomes has been a carer for my ex husband who is disabled and suffers from mild dementia and high anxiety. During the 2 months she was his carer I found her to be kind, supportive, professional and always trying to find ways to improve his life style and wellbeing. He could be quite challenging at times and was able to recognize triggers and times of day that were difficult for him and came up with ideas to distract him and help him with the anxiety. Donai was very organized. She managed to find a balance between looking after someone who suffers from brain damaging disease and the day to day running of the household.
